The Olympus Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a Headteacher for Filton Hill Primary School to start in September 2025 or sooner if available. We are seeking an inspirational Headteacher, capable of delivering educational and leadership excellence. The successful applicant will lead by example and will have the skills, experience, and desire to take Filton Hill Primary School on a trajectory of continuous improvement.
Our Headteachers are pivotal to the continued development, growth, and reputation of our Trust, and we very much look forward to welcoming and working with the successful candidate. Many Multi-Academy Trusts lay claim to being unique. We believe Olympus has some very compelling and distinctive elements as a Trust, and that our roles really do present exciting and different opportunities. One of our unique selling points is our geography – all our schools are in close proximity to one another within South Gloucestershire at present.
