About the Role
As Assistant Headteacher, you will work closely with the Headteacher and leadership team to deliver strategic direction, uphold the school's values, and ensure outstanding teaching, learning, and student outcomes. This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of our school and contributing to the wider community.

Contract: Permanent full time
Pay scale: £66919 - £73819 per annum
Essential Requirements
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
* In-depth knowledge of the Ofsted framework and national educational policies.

* Support the Headteacher in shaping and delivering the school's vision and strategic priorities.
* Lead on developing and implementing the school development plan.
* Inspire and empower staff to achieve excellence in teaching and learning.
* Oversee safeguarding and promote the health, safety, and well-being of all students.
* Lead the development and quality assurance of the curriculum.
* Conduct data analysis to identify trends and inform interventions.
* Line-manage middle leaders and subject areas, ensuring accountability.
* Develop effective strategies to engage the hardest-to-reach students.
* Mentor and coach staff to enhance their professional skills.
* Monitor and evaluate teaching standards through lesson observations.
