Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Employment Specialist to join our team at Aspire Recruitment. In this role, you will support individuals with mental health conditions and complex barriers to secure competitive employment following the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model.
* Create personalized employment plans and provide job search support to clients.
* Develop relationships with local employers to create job opportunities that match client needs.
* Maintain accurate records and report on progress to ensure effective service delivery.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience working with individuals who have mental health conditions.
* A strong understanding of the IPS model and its principles is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build trust with clients and employers.
