Develop and execute CRO & experimentation strategies for clients.?? Lead client-facing calls, providing expert recommendations.?? Conduct customer journey analysis (GA4, ContentSquare, HotJar).?? Oversee test design, implementation, and post-test analytics.?? Mentor junior team members (no formal management experience required).?? Stay ahead of CRO trends and best practices.
