Customer Team Member
Location: Slade Road, Sutton Coldfield, B75 5PF
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings 6.30am, afternoons, late evenings 10pm and weekends, to be discussed at interview

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

Responsibilities
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service – responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience.
* Work together to support store colleagues and solve problems for customers and members.
* Ensure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
* Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Support your local community by getting involved in activities and events.

* Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
* A positive approach to change and problem solving.
* The flexibility to work a range of different shifts.
