We're opening a new retail store at Bluewater Shopping Centre. As our 11th retail store in the UK, and first outside of an outlet, this is an exciting time for the business as we continue to invest in our retail offering across the UK. This store will feature new concepts that will add something truly unique to the Bluewater shopping experience. We are looking for a leader with experience developing a new team to deliver fantastic service standards as well as lead and develop the high volume sales operation.
You will be an experienced, dynamic, commercially focused Assistant Store Managerwith proven resultsto leading teams and grow sales. This will be a busy role with a brand new team in our new store in the fabulous Bluewater shopping centre, Dartford.We are not looking for someone to follow our guide – we are looking for a manager who can analyse our current performance and bring improvements to sales and operational efficiency through their own ideas and retail experience to help deliver a HARIBO experience for our customers and colleagues instore. Our Assistant Store Manager for Bluewater will be self-motivated and hands on with previous exposure to working in a fast-paced retail environment and must be prepared to lead the team with a one-team approach to retail.
Team Leadership skills and a focus on people, customers and sales are all key, along with a drive to make the store environment and the team, the best they possibly can be!
Valid driving licence is essential as you may be required to travel to other stores.

Hours of Work:
This role is 40 hours a week, working in a flexible nature to suit the needs of the retail business. UK travel may be required with this role, as the retail team work as a very close knit team, where support to other stores is often required.
