Our client is an innovative science and research organisation who are looking for an Administrator to join their Healthcare department.
Duties will include:
* Maintaining accurate records/documentation associated with your work
* Booking in samples received
* Inputting patient data into their clinical database
* Supporting the courier in packaging cases to send off and ensuring these are returned to the customer
* Completing administrative tasks such as typing reports and sending email correspondence
* Filing, scanning and archiving documentation
* Working closely with other departments such as the laboratory department to ensure cases are reported in a timely manner
Skills/Experience Required:
* Previous experience in a similar role essential - office support / data entry/ admin/ customer service
* Strong attention to detail is paramount!
* Good understanding of Microsoft Office, to include Excel, PowerPoint and Word
