Working in our busy Property/Conveyancing team, you will support our Principal Lawyer – Property & Contracts and the team with a range of residential and commercial property cases, including ‘Right to Buy’, Freehold Reversions, Licenses, Commercial Leases, Lease Renewals, Notices, Wayleaves and Sales and PurchasesAbout you:You must have obtained your CILEX Level 3 Certificate and Professional Diploma in Law, or hold an equivalent legal qualification. You will have a good understanding of local government law and the workings of local government, along with excellent conveyancing, property, Land Law and contract law knowledge. An adept communicator, you will have excellent drafting skills and meticulous attention to detail.We are looking for someone who is organised, highly motivated an excellent team player.
