We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant - Early Careers to join our Talent Acquisition Talent Team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and engaging recruitment process for all Early Careers hiring, including graduate recruitment, assisting with apprenticeship placements, industrial placements, and other early careers programmes. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to ensure Early Careers hiring is well-positioned within the business and continuously improve our recruitment processes.
What You’ll do
1. Managing Early Careers Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for graduates – assisting with apprentices, industrial placements, and other Early Careers hiring activity, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
2. Advising Hiring Managers: Provide guidance on best practices for Early Careers recruitment, further positioning the benefits of hiring and developing early talent.
3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the Early Careers hiring process, leveraging data to drive efficiencies and enhance the candidate journey.
4. Candidate Engagement: Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
5. University & Industry Engagement: Support and participate in events such as university career fairs, assessment centres, and industry networking events to attract top talent.
6. Assessment Centres: Facilitate assessment centres as part of the selection process, ensuring a fair, engaging, and effective candidate evaluation experience.
7. Collaborating with Key Teams: Work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and HR teams to align early careers hiring with broader business objectives.
What you’ll need
1. Experience in Early Careers Recruitment: Previous experience managing graduate, apprenticeship, or industrial placement hiring, ideally within the technology or professional services sector.
2. Process-Oriented Mindset: A strong operational focus with the ability to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
3. Strong Stakeholder Management: Ability to build relationships and influence hiring managers, ensuring alignment on talent needs and recruitment strategies.
4. Data-Driven Approach: Experience in analysing recruitment data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
5. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage and inspire candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
6. Proactive & Organised: A self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement.
