Providing regular updates and analysis to the field team. You’ll have the opportunity to continually innovate the ways we work and play a part in our continued growth. Key Roles & Responsibilities You will be working closely with the Operations teams supporting them to achieve weekly, monthly & quarterly targets. This will involve Assessing weekly reports to identify practices that have variations Using existing systems, work with field managers to support the implementation of any agreed actions Report on the areas where improvements can be made Liaise with practice teams and support the training of new users Support with the maintenance and administration of business systems The Ideal Candidate You’ll be a customer focused with great communication skills. Having strong organisation and IT skills to be able to prioritise workload. You’re someone who can work independently or as part of a team.
