We’re looking for an enthusiastic and objective individual to join our growing UK CRM team. The CRM administrator role is responsible for carrying out a variety of different activities to ensure our internal customers can deliver a great external customer experience. By focusing on upkeep of reporting of sales and service data, ensuring users can access and use the system to suit their role. Review data and work with colleagues to ensure the system is used to maximise its effectiveness.
What this role involves:
· Responsible for the upkeep of the users within the CRM,
· Improve user interface by creating new fields and working on page designs,
· Work with marketing to communicate with current and new customers,
· Create and establish standard email templates and consistent communications
· Establish Data Governance rules, train and monitor adherence to these rules
· Complete regular CRM health checks
· Develop reports, manage the volume of reports and cleanse as required
· Develop dashboard that support strong commercial business decisions
· Provide Training, documentation, standards and coaching to trainers within the business “Train the Trainer”
· Strong interface with external providers for continuous improvements
· Support field based engineers with ServiceMax daily queries
· Support the design and implement solution’s to improve data quality during record creation. E.g. predictive address entry
