Our client has achieved double digit growth representing some of the world's most sought-after interior designers and artisans. With a global presence they are specialists in showcasing contemporary, custom-crafted furniture that embodies the essence of luxury and craftsmanship. They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive UK sales. You’ll predominantly be selling to interior design studios as well as directly to high net-worth ondividuals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Client Development: Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives tailored to the UK market. Build and manage a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth clients, focusing on B2B opportunities partnering with interior design studios.
* Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients to enhance customer loyalty, engagement, and spend.
* Event Coordination and Client Entertainment: Manage budgets and organize exclusive events to elevate brand awareness and promote new collections.
* Project Management: Oversee the entire client journey—from initial concept to post-purchase support—ensuring a seamless, luxury experience.
* Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at events, trade shows, and within the showroom to embody the company’s values and excellence.
About You:
* You’ll currently be a Sales Manager/Account Manager with proven experience in sales within a luxury or high-end environment, ideally with a background in interior design, architecture or luxury sales.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
* Confident, flexible, and client-focused, with the ability to adapt to various client needs and project requirements.
