As a customer service advisor, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, the support behind our emails, or greeting guests in our fabulous coastal office. You'll use your excellent listening and communication skills to help customers with their holiday queries and support them throughout their trip; whether it's booking their next adventure, resolving issues with their accommodation, or just having a friendly chat.
