About the Role
Due to rapid expansion and demand, we are on the lookout for a highly personable, passionate Senior Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will manage a caseload of your own, delivering person-centred speech pathology to NDIS participants. You will be supporting new graduate and junior team members grow into confident and knowledgeable clinicians. Finally, you also have the opportunity to shape the organisation by participating in multidisciplinary clinical team conferences and department meetings. You will have autonomy to organise your week how it best suits your work style, with flexibility to choose where and when you work.

What You’ll Need:
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
* Previous experience in assessments and interventions including working with individuals and families
* Working knowledge of NDIS with 2+ years experience supporting participants with NDIS packages
* Well-developed communication, planning, organisational and time management skills
* Proven ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative internal and external working relationships
* A commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality services
* An ongoing desire to improve and achieve personal goals
* Australian Drivers Licence
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children’s Check
* National Police Clearance
* Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
