The Role:
We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Key Account Manager to join our Bolton-based team. This role includes managing an established portfolio of spending clients, providing a solid foundation for immediate integration and ease of transition providing an excellent opportunity for revenue growth. With a comprehensive commission structure for both existing and new clients that is uncapped this position offers significant earning potential for those who excel and have the desire to succeed and drive forward new business and on-board new clients. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of existing spending clients, building strong relationships and understanding their specific needs and business goals.
* Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities within these accounts, including cross-selling and upselling.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional service experience.
* Conduct market analysis and client reviews to inform strategic account planning and drive performance improvements.
* Champion Ideal 365 Ltd.’s commitment to ethical and sustainable practices.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a key account management role, preferably within the cleaning, hygiene, or supply chain sectors.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
* A track record of driving growth within existing accounts.
* Familiarity with sustainability practices and a commitment to ethical standards.
* Full UK driving licence.
