* Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems.
* Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Complete daily checks and system inspections to ensure operational efficiency.
* Maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
* Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to resolve technical issues promptly.
