A DAY IN THE LIFE As Senior Demand Planner, you'll be at the heart of ensuring L'Oréal's products reach consumers seamlessly. Your days will be a dynamic mix of collaborative strategy sessions with senior stakeholders -including Brand GMs, Divisional MDs, and the Head of Finance - and cross-functional teamwork with marketing, commercial, and finance teams. You'll mentor a high-performing team, diving deep into data to anticipate market shifts and optimize forecast accuracy. WHO YOU ARE • Proven leadership experience in demand planning or a similar role, ideally with S&OP experience. • Ability to engage and positively influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels. • Strong understanding of factors influencing sales forecasts. • Excellent communication skills – ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences. • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with FuturMaster and SAP is a plus. • Strategic thinking and planning skills to develop and implement a long-term vision. • Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to L'Oréal's success.
