As our Property Coordinator, you will provide property management and tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords, and tenants.

Key responsibilities of a Corporate Property Coordinator
The main purpose of your role is to provide a property management and tenancy administration support service to branches, landlords, and tenants. You will also coordinate and prepare the renewal of tenancies and liaise with contractors to ensure repair/maintenance works are carried out in time and to agreed standards.
