Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support: Collaborate with hiring managers to pinpoint recruitment needs. Advertise job openings on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and more Conduct telephone screenings and coordinate interviews. Organise recruitment events and job fairs. Manage onboarding processes for new employees.Onboarding & Training Management: Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes. Coordinate essential training sessions such as First Aid and Food Safety. Maintain and update training records to ensure compliance.HR Administration & Employee Relations: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies. Support employee relations cases through note-taking and documentation. Help organise company events and engagement activities. General HR & Office Administration: Process expense reimbursements. Manage travel arrangements and Oyster cards for staff. Organise meal arrangements for colleagues as needed. ️Key Skills & Competencies: To thrive in this role, you should possess: Previous experience in HR or recruitment administration Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Discretion when handling confidential information. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
