Summer Intern - c8 weeks Looking for a recent graduate or final year student to do a piece of work for us to map the business against the United Nations' 17 Strategic Development standards and produce a report and recommendations for how we develop our strategy. You will work as part of the small People Culture & Comms team - working in Reading or Hull depending on your location. (some remote working is possible by exception). I envisage the role lasting c.8 weeks based on 24 hours per week. and would like the placement to start asap. The role would suit someone with a Humanities or social science background where research and interpretation of information are key. To be considered you will need to evidence: Good research and analytical skills Excellent report writing/data presentation skills (MS Office) Ability to form relationships with stakeholders across the business in order to gather information Ability to work on your own initiative to achieve agreed outcomes Basic understanding of corporate social responsibility Basic understanding of the renewable energy sector (preferred) In return, we will offer payment at the Living Wage level with full support and an end of placement testimonial.
