What you’ll do:
1. Find every opportunity to boost your store’s success with sensational customer service
2. Create an environment in which customers feel welcome and comfortable
3. Engage customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs
4. Help people choose the right products and show them how to make their digital life better
5. Keep up to date with all our products, services and promotions, and those of competitors
6. Take pride in the appearance of the store, keeping it clean and tidy at all times
7. Be able to show how you’ve worked to and achieved sales targets or deadlines
8. Show an interest in communications technology
9. Enjoy being part of a team but still have the drive to work on your own initiative
10. Have worked in retail, sales or service
11. Know a thing or two about the telecoms sector
