Working in partnership with the business and wider HR teams, this role will lead and manage programmes that will drive employee experience with a focus on engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing. With an ambitious agenda, the pace is fast, and no two days are likely to be the same.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Culture and Inclusion, you will develop, manage, and coordinate key initiatives across the employee experience with a focus on engagement, retention, and recognition to underpin our culture and DNA across everything we do.
You will develop and deliver global programmes that guide us forward on our journey around social impact and inclusion, and support the wellbeing of our people, our impact in our communities, and creating work environments where our people can thrive.
By creating practical content and resources, you’ll actively support our people initiatives and assess their impact on the overall employee experience. Additionally, you’ll identify, build, and analyse data and metrics throughout the employee lifecycle, tracking our progress on this exciting journey.
This opportunity would suit an individual who thrives on managing multiple activities in a fast and changing environment whilst partnering with the business to deliver meaningful programmes.
Experience Required:
* Proven experience in developing, embedding, and measuring EDI, social, engagement, and wellbeing programmes and initiatives.
* Experience working across a global matrixed business.
* Successfully manage and deliver multiple people projects simultaneously.

* Will be able to develop strategic approaches whilst being able to deliver operationally, in a practical, hands-on manner, in a fast and changing environment.
* Will be a positive, engaged, and passionate self-starter focused on delivering end results.
* Excellent business partnering approach, with strong collaboration, listening, and influencing skills across all levels of the business.
* Able to use and understand data to make decisions. Comfortable working in the detail.
