Are you an early riser with a passion for helping others? Home Instead Oxford is looking for caring individuals to join our team as a Morning Care Assistant and support our clients during their morning routines and help them start their day with a smile.
Joining Home Instead as a Morning Care Assistant means becoming part of a close-knit family where your impact truly matters. In this rewarding role, you’ll assist with meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and so much more—all within the comfort of our clients' homes.
Our visits start as early as 8am, and we can offer both full-time and part-time roles to suit your lifestyle and commitments.
No prior care experience? Don’t worry! We provide extensive training and a warm welcome to ensure you feel confident in your new role. With ongoing mentorship and access to an online learning platform, you’ll have all the tools to succeed as a Home Instead Carer.
Here’s what we offer:
* Competitive pay: £12.75 per hour during the week & £13.75 per hour on weekends
* Paid travel time at £11.44 per hour
* Paid training and a Bank Holiday pay rate of £25.50 per hour
* Paid mileage at 35p – 45p per mile
* Ongoing training with opportunities for NVQ

What we need from you:
* A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is desired
