Ideally, you’ll have previous experience of working in a similar role. My client will offer comprehensive training support through qualifications and further training as you develop your career. Initially, you’ll be working Monday to Friday in this position, but once you have received all your training we anticipate you will move to a shift pattern - further details upon application
Day to Day:
A FLSS will deal with issues when they come in and resolve the problems quickly. The FLSS will have access to a "live" team of engineers who they can work with to resolve the issue. The FLSS will be expected to manage the issue from inception to completion and will play a role in creating Root Cause Analysis and Reason for Outage documentation.
