We're looking for admin staff for a 6-week assignment with a homecare service in Edinburgh, starting ideally next week. The role involves transferring documents between online services and supporting administrative tasks. Role could lead to a perm role, for the right person.
Key Details:
1. Location: 112 Granton Road, Edinburgh, EH5 3QB
2. Hours: Mon-Fri, 9-5 (open to part-timers, min 3 days per week)
3. Pay: £14.40 PAYE or £19 umbrella
Responsibilities include:
1. Scheduling meetings, taking minutes
2. Monitoring service delivery on Access Care Planning
3. Managing staff and client records
4. Chasing carers for visit check-ins/outs
5. Recruitment support (processing applications, PVG checks, etc.)
