Responsibilities
* Full website management - Work to improve customer journey based on marketing strategy.
* Lead work with SEO strategists on keywords to increase leads to the website and improve direct sales.
* Lead the strategy and execution of our social media presence across platforms.
* Get creative! Work on videos, photoshoots for socials that bring out the DL personality.
* Experience with working on Paid Ads and strategy
* Lead the newsletter design, copy and scheduling in alignment with the marketing calendar.
* Lead in client pitches and bring energy to cohesive partnerships.
* Develop relationships with new venues, suppliers and brands.
* Fully run and plan marketing events from seasonal showcases, venue and prospecting client partnerships.
* Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
* Track, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing activities, including social media, paid ads, and email campaigns.
* Manage and oversee monthly budget spend and project allocations for next financial year to hit projected growth
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
* 4+ years of relevant experience
* Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
* Copy writing skills essential
* Canva or Adobe skills. Strong design skills creating newsletters, flyers, lookbooks and other marketing assets.
