Group Security Supervisor, Vertu Motors Here at Vertu Motors, we are recruiting for a Group Security Advisor to join us and support our dealerships. The ideal candidate will have a technical/ IT background with a genuine interest in security and/ or systems and how electronic solutions alongside physical security can be used to detect and deter crime against our property and assets. Reviewing technical specifications of proposals for CCTV installs, considering coverage and suitability of proposals to address the security needs of the site. Attendance at the dealership during this process is expected. Coordinating CCTV installs with relevant stakeholders and completing a Kick off meeting on site as the installation is commissioned. Migration of non-Group security supplier systems. This will involve terminating the current arrangements and agreeing appropriate exit times and handover of the relevant information for takeover by one of the core Group security partners. Overseeing the installation of DualCom intruder alarms across the Group and liaising with IT on the cancellation of unnecessary lines. Loss investigations on site, you will be required to attend site after a loss or significant incident occurs and prepare a report based on your findings. Supporting dealerships with their security concerns/ downloading footage from NVR. Out of hours site penetration tests/surveys. Some out of hours support to dealerships and security suppliers. Working closely with the Group Security Co-ordinator in the preparation of the daily logs. Consider the development of a core Group security dashboard. Management/coordination of emptying of closed properties, and the ongoing management of closed properties. This will require regular attendance at the empty properties to oversee clearance and security audits thereafter. This is a full time role and the salary is between £32,000 - £36,000 depending on experience plus a company car. Due to nature of this role it will involve travel UK wide when required.
