We are currently seeking a Care Supervisor to join our team and help us achieve our vision. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding care and attention to clients, following their individual care plans with a friendly, warm, and supportive approach. Supervise and support our carers, ensuring Ashridge Home Care’s values are consistently upheld. Treat clients with the respect they deserve and lead by example. Conduct unannounced spot checks, supervisions, and support visits to the care team. Mentor new team members through their first 12 weeks of employment. Carry out observations aligned with the Carer Pathway and the Skills for Care accredited Care Certificate. Assist the Care Manager with Care Plan reviews, updates, and maintain smooth communication between clients and care management. Ensure that all client and carer contact is accurately recorded on our e-Care system. Participate in on-call duties, including weekend availability as needed. Knowledge & Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in care, with a proven track record as a carer. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Solid understanding of providing exceptional care for clients, particularly those with Dementia or Alzheimer’s. Experience as a senior care assistant, Care Team Leader, or Care Supervisor (desirable). NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (desirable but can be arranged as part of the role's benefits). Skills & Behaviours: Passionate about delivering high-quality care. Full driving license and access to your own vehicle with business insurance. Proficient with Microsoft Office and care planning software. Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
