Your new role
This is a leadership role where you mentor and engage your team and delegate resources effectively. You will report to the Operations team on progress, issues and improvements. You have responsibility for identifying and delivering improvements in process and safety at all times to match the company goals to always evolve to remain the best. Ultimately, you are responsible for getting the best service from your maintenance team.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll come from a production or manufacturing background and demonstrate experience in leading people, continuous improvement of a plant and sound maintenance engineering grounding.
What you'll get in return
