* Optimize Costs and Processes : Manage budgets, seek cost-saving opportunities, and ensure production stays lean and efficient.
Qualifications and Experience We’re Looking For:
Essential Skills:
* Proven experience in managing a fast-paced, complex production department.
* Dynamic, hands-on leader with a track record of successful decision-making, problem-solving, and team-building.
* Knowledge of GMP standards and experience with Lean methodologies or Six Sigma.
* Skilled in computer systems, including production software.
Nice to Have:
* Higher education in a relevant field (e.g., Degree, HNC/HND).
* Experience at a senior managerial level within a production setting.
* Experience in electronic assembly or medical device production and knowledge of SAP.
