Senior Architectural Technician Job in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

Role & Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion.
2. Oversee design development, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with project briefs.
3. Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Support the development of junior team members through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
5. Take a hands-on approach to technical detailing, coordination, and problem-solving.
6. Ensure projects align with Building Regulations, planning requirements, and sustainability goals.
7. Play a key role in business development, helping to secure new projects through bids and presentations.
Required Skills & Experience
1. 5+ years UK project experience.
2. Proven experience in leading and managing medium to large-scale projects.
3. Proficiency in Revit essential and experience working in a BIM environment.
4. A strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning policies, and sustainability standards.
5. Experience in sectors such as education, healthcare, science & research, or leisure is desirable.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and liaise with clients.
