An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience to join a specialist M&E contractor that is continuing to increase their headcount and project base.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Liaise with clients and subcontractors, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
* Coordinate teams of permanent mechanical staff as well as subcontractors, procuring materials, monitoring progress, and resolving on-site issues.
* Maintain financial control while fostering strong client relationships to secure future business.
* Act as the key point of contact between stakeholders, balancing technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive project success.
