Build Relationships : Manage key accounts, including major customers and procurement consortia. Drive Growth : Oversee sales for brands such as FRC Living, Buckingham Interiors, and Furniture Flex. Innovate Marketing : Deliver targeted campaigns, monitor ROI, and explore new market opportunities. Inspire Teams : Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team. Collaborate : Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success across the organisation Key Responsibilities Achieve profit and loss targets while maximising contributions to the End Furniture Poverty Foundation. Lead B2B sales strategies, focusing on long-term contract-based relationships. Develop actionable marketing plans, aligned with market trends and competitor analysis. Attend events and join trade associations to foster partnerships and identify new opportunities. Ensure compliance with data legislation, ISO standards, and GDPR. About You To succeed in this role, you will need: Extensive experience in a senior sales or marketing role, managing annual income of over £10 million. Expertise in B2B sales, long-term contract management, and CRM-driven operations. Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. A proven track record of driving growth and meeting ambitious sales targets. Knowledge of the furniture, housing association, or public sector markets (desirable). Why Join Us?
