Pay Range: The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 126,700.00 - 235,300.00.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with users to understand their business requirements and translate those requirements into Salesforce solutions.
2. Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our users and follow Salesforce good practices.
3. Provide ongoing support to users to ensure the continued success of CRM usage.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality, and make recommendations to clients as appropriate.
5. Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the success of Salesforce projects.
7. Communicate effectively with users and team members to ensure project success.
8. Conduct business analysis to identify areas of improvement and provide solutions to business problems.
9. Develop and maintain business requirements and functional specifications for Salesforce projects.
10. Provide architectural guidance and support to Salesforce projects, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
11. Develop and maintain Salesforce technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, and data models.
Qualifications:
1. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Developer, etc.).
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3. 3+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
4. Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and best practices.
5. Experience managing projects from start to finish.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Experience in people management.
Desirable:
* Previous Salesforce Implementation experience.
* Knowledge of best-practice sales and marketing processes.
Additional Information:
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package. The essential duties of this position require adherence to U.S. Government export control regulations. Accordingly, candidates must either be U.S. Persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) or be prepared to collaborate with the company in securing the necessary U.S. government export authorizations.
