Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of innovative teaching practices and curriculum.
Mentor and support staff to enhance their teaching effectiveness and professional growth.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and improve educational programs and student learning outcomes.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching methods and strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
Facilitate training sessions and professional learning opportunities for staff.
Champion the use of data-driven practices to inform instructional decisions and student support services.
Foster an inclusive and positive school culture that supports the diverse needs of all students.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a teaching role, with a strong track record of effective instruction.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience mentoring or training staff.
Strong knowledge of current educational trends, teaching methodologies, and assessment practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
