Requirements:
I need someone with over 5 years of network experience supporting enterprise networks at the CCNP level. A flexible approach to adapt to changing business needs is essential. You should have the ability to configure and maintain network equipment and assess and design new network requirements. Balancing project and business-as-usual workloads is expected, along with being the SME for all network technologies. Experience with network monitoring and management tools for capacity and availability is crucial. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities are necessary, utilizing logic and reasoning. Familiarity with security protocols and best practices is also important to ensure we remain safe and legally compliant. I look for someone who can manage internal and external stakeholders while ensuring clear communication.
Your responsibilities:
As our new Senior Network Engineer, you'll be crucial in helping us continue to deliver our charitable purpose of enabling millions of students to reach their potential each year. I expect you to support internal stakeholders by assisting with projects and responding to service issues. You will liaise with external stakeholders and partners, using your good speaking and communication skills to help address any concerns.
