ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are currently recruiting for motivated, reliable and customer-focused Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our team based in London and surrounding areas in the South.
Job Type: Permanent - Part Time.
Pay Rate: £14,500 per annum + company van + benefits
Working Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 13:30 to 17:30.
Start Date: Immediately.
Role Summary:
As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, you will interact and support the Operational Management team to supervise a team of cleaning staff across multiple sites, building effective relationships and ensuring that employees are working productively and safely. You will work with the site teams to ensure excellent service delivery and that our clients have a better day, every day. You will be required to be an excellent communicator, flagging all areas of concern and praise to your line manager for all sites within your portfolio.
Your responsibilities and Key Areas of work may include:
1. Recruitment, including interviewing of Operative level employees and onboarding to Tenon FM systems.
2. Consumables and materials ordering. Manage equipment, materials and stock levels.
3. Provide clients with information on the extra services Tenon can provide.
4. Responsible for workforce planning for your sites.
5. Training of operative level employees across all requirements.
6. HR investigations and support.
7. Responsibility for T&A compliance across all sites.
8. Manage site cleaning teams to achieve excellent service levels.
9. Work with customers and teams to address any specific requirements or concerns both in person and virtually.
10. Training of new employees including site familiarisation detailing cleaning regime, waste procedures, opening and lockup procedures.
11. Provide hands-on cleaning support across sites during periods of holiday or sickness cover and responding to cleaning requests as required.
12. Support in rota organisation as well as providing accurate timesheets to payroll.
13. Contribute to and maintain good relationship with customer representatives on site.
14. Communicate with teams and customers using phone and Microsoft tools.
15. Gather and collate data reportable monthly.
ABOUT YOU:
1. Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor/Manager.
2. Good understanding of working across multiple sites.
3. Ability to quickly build credible relationships and to challenge when necessary.
4. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
5. Ability to motivate employees.
6. Proven record of being responsive and innovative.
7. Self-motivated with the ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
8. Exceptional organisation skills required.
9. Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Company core values.
Previous experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided. You will need to present and conduct yourself in a professional, courteous and appropriate manner in accordance with the Company policies, procedures, guidelines and values.
