Youth Worker(s) - All Saints Youth Project
All Saints Youth Project is an established, community-based provision based in All Saints Centre. We have been delivering a range of support and activities for young people aged 10 to 21 years old (25 with additional needs) and their families since 1988. We have a strong commitment to developing an inclusive project open to all young people, regardless of ability or background, to support their transition from adolescence to adulthood. Together with the Family Support team, this enables us to deliver an integrated approach by addressing the needs of the family. See our website allsaintsyouthproject.org.uk for more information.
We are looking for experienced, committed, confident and dynamic individuals to join our diverse team of youth workers at All Saints Youth Project in the heart of Kings Heath.
Our values are important to us, these include being young people centered, kind and caring and we expect our youth workers to embody these.
Responsibilities:
1. Work as a general youth worker with young people both within the centre and on the village square.
2. Participate in young people's sessions after panel interviews, considering their views in the final decision-making.
Sessions:
Monday 2.45pm – 5.45pm (term time)
Tuesday 2.45pm – 8.30pm (term time)
Thursday 2.45pm – 6pm (term time)
Additional hours may be offered during holiday schemes and/or special project work.
Interviews will be held on Tuesday 13th and Thursday 15th May 2025 in the afternoon.
