Salary depending on experience Monday - Friday 7am - 5:30pm Gentech are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Loughgall who are expanding on their team of a Boning Hall Manager. The Boning Hall Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the boning hall within a meat processing facility. This includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of product quality, and optimising productivity. Duties Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of boning hall operatives, butchers, and production staff Looking after Yields and Boning specs Ensure all relevant employees are trained against specifications Oversee and coordinate the boning, trimming, and portioning of meat products to meet production targets Ensure the efficient use of resources, including manpower, equipment, and raw materials Recruiting new staff and helping with the day to day running of the factory Monitor and improve workflow efficiency, minimising downtime and waste Making sure customer orders are correct and promptly on time.
