Graduate Rural Surveyor – North East – £25,000 to £30,000 plus benefits
We are looking for either a Graduate Rural Surveyor or someone that is newly qualified! What you will be doing
During a Monday to Friday working week, based in the Alnwick office, and working alongside a Senior Rural Surveyor, you will be:
1. Assisting Surveyors, focusing on all aspects of the rural offering including Sales and Acquisitions, Valuations, Compulsory Purchase, Estate Management and Landlord and Tenant matters
2. Providing effective support for the fee earners whilst developing your own skills
3. Encouraged to enhance your professional profile through building up your own client base
4. Contributing to the long-term strategic growth of the business – they are looking for future Partners of the business
What you will have
1. A RICS accredited degree
2. An aptitude for financials
3. Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
4. A passion for the countryside; an agricultural background would be an advantage
5. The ability to work independently and as part of a busy team showing energy, enthusiasm, and ambition
6. Good written, verbal and presentation skills with excellent attention to detail
