MMP Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Senior Repairs Scheduler for a National Contractor on a Permanent Basis, in the West Midlands.
Responsibilities:
1. Schedule works into diaries for up to 20 operatives daily ensuring diaries are full and immediate attention is given to allocate work to operatives when they become free.
2. Manage all resource planning activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
3. Check K.P.I performance weekly and analyse service failures to implement solutions.
4. Audit performance weekly and any errors brought to your team's attention.
5. Providing customer service to residents and customers.
6. Check the system for emergencies and manage within a timely manner to ensure targets are met.
7. Respond to telephone variations by seeking approval from the duty surveyor so operatives may continue the site through to completion.
8. Arrange inspections for supervisors.
9. Provide a high-quality service to clients on a face-to-face basis.
10. Work within a team to achieve goals and targets, achieving daily targets of a minimum of 60 allocations each day of new orders.
Requirements:
1. Call Centre Experience.
2. Maintenance industry experience.
3. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
4. People management experience.
