You will be responsible for the day to day running of our UK and US marketplace accounts, including Amazon and Walmart, helping drive brand awareness and sales. You will also support the wider Marketing team to implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that maximise awareness, relevance, sales and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Account Management
1. Manage the day-to-day running and development of all online marketplace accounts.
2. Ensure listings are live and accurate, dealing with any issues as they arise.
3. Manage any escalations and issues related to marketplace operations and listings, communicate with marketplace customer support to solve them.
4. Monitor and manage the overall health of the account, raising and resolving any issues.
Marketplace Content Management
1. Create, manage and optimise comprehensive and captivating product listings on various marketplaces that accurately convey the product's features and qualities.
2. Write product copy that maximises SEO and entices customers, ensuring all information is correct, compliant and on brand.
3. Work with Creative team to produce images, videos and A+ content to ensure product listings are attractive and competitive.
4. Manage a best-in-class brand store that upholds our brand values and positioning.
Implementation of multi-channel marketing plans
1. Ensure consistency and integrity of the brand internally and externally.
2. Coordinate and execute digital marketing plans.
3. Ensure accuracy of website, dealing with any issues as they arise.
4. Update website content to reflect marketing campaign plans.
5. Coordinate and execute social and email campaigns in line with seasonal marketing plan.
6. Analyse results of all marketing activity to measure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Experience & Requirements
1. Experience in ecommerce
2. Educated to degree level
3. Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Great organisational and multi-tasking skills, with close attention to detail
6. Self-motivated, able to use own initiative and work without close supervision
7. Good team-worker with the ability to get on with people at all levels and work collaboratively
