Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly. Experience in defining learning outcomes and designing assessments to measure success against them. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Desirable to have a bachelors degree in Instructional Design or Education and qualifications in learning design and delivery such as CIPD.
