As part of our expansion, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Digital Lead.

Job Details
* Hastings Financial Services Limited (HFSL) has bold ambitions to be the best tech enable lender on the market and we have a unique opportunity for someone to be part of this journey.
* Your key responsibility will be to oversee the vision and entire lifecycle of our digital products, from inception right through to launch.
* You will manage performance on the digital journeys, analysing data to understand trends, impacts, or forecast future performance and make improvements.
* Your responsibilities also include driving forward any initiatives you come up with - whether these are digital, marketing, operational, or something that touches multiple parts of the business.
* You will also manage regulatory responsibilities associated with the role, including leading consumer duty.
* At the heart of everything we do is our customers. As a result, you will also take the lead on re-engineering our processes to drive efficiencies and great customer outcomes.
Skills we would love you to have
* We are seeking someone who has a deep understanding of the digital change process with a strong user-centric focus, driven by a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
* We would like someone with good commercial acumen, driven by experience within product management.
* This role involves working with multiple stakeholders across different business areas, so strong stakeholder management and engagement skills are a must.
* Our digital strategy is a key enabler to drive operational efficiency and growth enablement, so you need to be someone who is motivated by new ideas and delivering genuinely transformational change.
* Experience of working in financial services or consumer lending is also a big positive.
