Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Administrator for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
* Dealing with phone enquiries and emails and transferring to the correct departments
* Sorting mail and distributing to relevant department
* Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, photocopying, and filing
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
* Coordinating accommodation and hire vehicles as and when required for engineers
* Updating internal training matrix and preparing fuel card reports.
* Booking servicing and MOTs for engineers as required
* Frankin mail
* Testing fire alarms weekly
About You:
* Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
* Strong clerical, administrative, and organisational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
* Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
