Role: Business Analyst
Location: Midlands, UK (Hybrid Working)

This role is critical in streamlining processes, optimizing operations, and ensuring seamless integration of new acquisitions, as well as supporting our global expansion strategy.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and helping to drive change within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to document business requirements, assist with IT software development, manage post-acquisition integration efforts, and play a key role in supporting the global expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Mapping: Analyze and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
* Business Requirement Documentation: Gather, document, and validate business requirements for IT software development, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy and goals.
* Collaboration with IT Teams: Work closely with IT teams to translate business needs into functional requirements for software development, ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives.
* Post-Acquisition Integration: Support integration efforts following company acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions, process alignment, and system compatibility.
* Global Expansion Support: Assist in planning and executing global expansion initiatives by analyzing and optimizing international business processes, assessing operational readiness, and ensuring systems and processes are scalable for growth.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across the business to ensure all needs are understood and addressed, building strong relationships to facilitate effective collaboration.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to support decision-making and provide insights into key business trends, helping to shape strategic initiatives, including global growth opportunities.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability across the organization.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
* Strong experience with business process mapping and documentation.
* Experience with IT software development and writing business requirement documents.
* Proven experience in post-acquisition integration (preferred).
* Experience supporting global expansion initiatives or international business processes (preferred).
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency with data analysis tools and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
