Wedding, Events + Conference Coordinator - Eastwood, Nottingham
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Wedding, Events and Conference Co-ordinator at Eastwood Hall (The Venues Collection) on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Here's an idea of what your shift patterns will be: Variable shifts
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and preferences
* Coordinate and manage all aspects of the wedding planning process, including contract negotiation, and budget management
* Create and maintain detailed timelines and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on time
* Communicate with the wedding party to ensure they are informed and comfortable with the plan
* Handle any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process.
* Manage confirmed bookings and co-ordinate information in order to hand over to the operational team.
* Provide a high level of customer care, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively in line with the company guidelines and policies.
* Ensure the smooth operation of the sales office by defining, documenting, and delivering a professional sales service.
* You will be required to be pro-active and research past and present companies.
* Used to handling a high volume of enquiries and dealing with those in a timely manner.
* Be flexible and dedicated to all types of sales enquiries.
* Opera S+C experienced preferred but not essential
