The OneChart Revenue Operations team was formed in 2024 to develop and align strategies, tools and systems to drive revenue growth across the company's global commercial operations. The team also focus on capturing, consolidating, analysing & visualizing diverse data sets to enable our commercial teams to be more effective, efficient & market driven. Reporting to the VP - Commercial Excellence, we are now looking to recruit a Global Pricing Director to lead a small Global Pricing Team to develop and implement pricing strategies that optimise profitability and market share across our global newbuild and aftermarket businesses. What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be - Create and execute global pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance competitive positioning - Work in collaboration with the regional business teams to ensure they have suitably knowledgeable and engaged Pricing Leads within the regional structures and provide a pricing forum for knowledge sharing and collaboration - Define and manage pricing KPIs and success targets in coordination with sales, proposals and product management. Work with relevant stakeholders to identify root causes of problem areas - Track and analyze pricing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet financial targets - Monitor market developments, competitor price strategies and price acceptance among customers and determine key price adjustments necessary - Implement pricing frameworks, software and tools for streamlined pricing processes - Ensure pricing organization globally is adequate to support delivery of pricing strategies - Work closely with product management to understand major changes in costs across products - Support development of pricing strategies and tools for novel applications such as e-commerce platforms, SaaS, and leasing Your Education Should Be Batchelors Degree or equivalent preferably in Business, Economics, Mathematics or Analytics Your Professional Experience Should Be - 4-6 years pricing experience in a business-to-business manufacturing/engineering environment - Proven experience in analytics, strategy development, process implementation and price optimization - High business acumen and commercial background - Strong leadership capabilities to deliver results and build teams in a matrix organisation - Strategic thinker capable of developing growth strategies through pricing - Experienced communicator, with confidence to influence and present to colleagues and customers at all levels - Strong influencer capable of engaging internal stakeholders to adopt and execute strategy at an operational level Chart is an equal opportunity employer We welcome internal applications from suitably qualified employees throughout our Global business locations.
