The Role
:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll manage and maintain social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and post e-blasts and social media content.
2. Update websites with new features and advertising campaigns.
3. Design adverts for trade press and distributor marketing campaigns.
4. Write copy for features and news bulletins.
5. Maintain and manage marketing calendars and critical paths for projects.
6. Assist in yearly campaign planning and create artwork following briefs.
7. Manage all aspects of print jobs, including quotations and production schedules.
8. Create annual mailers, brochures, shade cards, and postcards.
9. Assist in planning and booking photo shoots, including model selection, travel, and accommodation.
10. Collaborate with brand managers and external contacts on projects.
11. Liaise with trade magazine companies in the UK and Europe.
12. Maintain marketing material stock in the office and warehouse
13. Keep the brand pod area and cupboards organised and tidy.
Requirements:
14. Previously worked as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar role.
15. At least 4 years of marketing experience.
16. Experience planning trade shows and photo shoots.
17. Background in above-the-line and below-the-line advertising.
18. Understanding of the garment industry.
19. Hold a degree in marketing.
20. Familiarity with website build and management (WordPress).
21. Copywriting skills for social media and trade press magazines.
22. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
