The role in the agency: We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our awesome Comms team to work across an exciting range of B2C and B2B accounts. A proactive, capable pair of hands to lead day-to-day activity, you will have a proven track record in delivering integrated client strategies across multiple channels. Your role will include: Supporting the planning of client PR, influencer and social strategy and content Quarterly digital PR story planning Selling into consumer and B2B media Overseeing social media content and channels Influencer engagement and management Managing the client relationship and reporting Juggling client requirements and additional projects Mentoring of juniors to build the team’s overall skills and abilities All about you: Team members are known as Lightning Catchers. To be the next Lightning Catcher, you need to: Have agency experience working on big fame campaigns across PR and social channels OR experience running digital PR campaigns (PR for SEO) campaigns… even better if you have both Be creative and intellectually curious, with a passion for brand communications in earned media Consistently drive strong coverage results for clients and have the foresight to change the media strategy if needed Be trusted and well-liked by clients, able to influence them through well-considered counsel that builds confidence in you and your agency Have excellent project and time management skills Salary: £35k D.O.E Benefits: Oxford-based location, option to work-from-home 2 days a week.
